Well the Jewel and I are here in San Diego and tomorrow will be my first event... Half Marathon at Coronado Island. I do not know if I am ready but I guess if anything it will be a good long run. On Tuesday, I have the Cross Country event. I always wanted to run Cross Country in high school but the coaches told me I did not have the body to run Cross Country and told me to stick with football, wrestling and baseball.
The weather here is nice with the highs in the high 60's. I got my new pair of North Face Hayasa and my music is loaded. Until tomorrow.....

1st Blog
Well I guess it is time for me to fully jump into the modern world. I have an email account, a Twitter account, a Facebook account and even a Instagram account. Now, I have my own blog account that I have no idea how it works or what I am suppose to do. My beautiful wife said it is now that time in my life to start writing down my adventures from running to the weird things I might see at my job. So please for give me if I do not do things in a timely manner or I write something that does not make sense or worse....I write something that makes you mad. Remember I am Irish and at times tired from one of my runs with the young studs that I am trying to keep up with.
